Learning that’s Liberating
As a Center for Nonviolent Communication Certification Candidate, I’ve spent over 13 years teaching and integrating the consciousness and tools of Marshall Rosenberg’s work. It’s been a life saver!

Most of us have no idea how to say 'no' and feel good about it. Instead, we are driven by guilt, shame, and fear of retribution or judgement. Habitually ignoring our inner 'no's leads to resentment, bitterness, distancing, and distrust. But what if honoring your 'no' and communicating it with care could actually deepen your relationships? In this group we will practice listening to the 'yes' behind our 'no's and sharing it with respect and power. Learn to speak from a place where everyone's needs matter, including your own! Group starting in next few months. Reach out if you're interested.

Empathy is a respectful understanding of ourselves or others. Want more of this in your life or the world at large? Globally, we can see where blame, shame, judgement have landed us. This group offers a step by step guide to growing empathy within yourself and your relationships. Together we will learn ways of listening and how to choose words that are actually supportive and build bridges of connection. Based on the work of Marshall Rosenberg (Nonviolent Communication), Sarah Peyton (Resonant Self Witness), body awareness, and mindfulness. Group will begin where there are enough people signed up. Reach out if interested.
